Anne Winters

Anne Winters is the Firm Administrator for JK. Winters P.C.  She has nearly 20 years’ experience managing, planning and supporting corporate operational and administrative functions.

Ms. Winters assists in the overall management of the Firms’ business functions and general operations of the Firm.  She identifies and plans for the Firm’s changing needs and those of its Clients.  She shares responsibility with the President for strategic planning, practice management and marketing, and contributes to cost-effective management throughout the Firm.  Ms. Winters is responsible for the financial management of the Firm including planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, billing, cash flow control, banking relationships, trust accounting, payroll, and other management functions.

Professional Experience

  • Managing multiple corporate governance processes for both public and privately held companies.
  • Managing multiple facets of human resource functions and complying will all laws and regulations relating to personnel utilization, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment.
  • Experience administering compensation and benefit programs including EAP, Cafeteria Plans, 401(k)s, health, dental, COBRA, life, and disability insurance.
  • Coordinating and managing special events.
